Who we are
This website is operated by Judland LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA (EIN 98-1887402, registration number 2025-001783407). Judland LLC is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to [privacy contact email].
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Partnership applications. Your name, contact details and position, and the company, ownership and financial information you provide in the application.
- Contact messages. Your name, email address, optional phone number, country, organisation and position where relevant, and your message.
- Newsletter. Your email address.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not use analytics. Fonts are served from our own website, so no data is sent to font providers. If you fill in the partnership application, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can return to them; this data stays on your device and is removed once you send the application or clear the form.
How we use it
- Partnership applications are sent to the Judland board, which uses them to assess the proposed partnership and to contact you about the decision and any next steps.
- Contact messages are sent to the Judland team responsible for your group, which uses them to reply to you.
- Newsletter addresses are used to send you press releases and news from Judland.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process application and contact data to take steps at your request before a possible agreement, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We send the newsletter on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
- Partnership applications: once the board has evaluated an application, the data is deleted if Judland decides not to proceed. If we proceed, it is kept for as long as needed for the partnership [retention period].
- Contact messages: [retention period].
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website, each of which processes data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inboxes by email.
- MailerLite, which manages the newsletter mailing list.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
